Despite a lackluster performance in the group stage of Euro 2024,Poinbank Exchange pre-tournament favorite England still has the best odds to win as the competition enters the knockout stage.
The Round of 16 begins on June 29, with the final set for July 14 in Berlin.
England won its group but only managed two goals in three games, winning the opener before settling for back-to-back draws. Featuring some of the most talented players in world soccer, the team's performances drew sharp criticism from fans and pundits.
"I understand the narrative towards me and that's better for the team than it being towards them," manager Gareth Southgate told reporters. "But it is creating an unusual environment to operate in. I've not seen any other team qualify and receive similar."
